• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.
• The following are not allowed in the garden: food & drinks, scooters, bicycles, pets, hoverboards, balls, and barbeque.
• Professional photography, and flower picking are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Ticket is valid for single entry only.
• Use of professional cameras and drones are not allowed inside the garden.
• The operator will contact you within 24 h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.(Only in package 2).
• Please Note Pickup time may vary due to Hotel Location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels) (Only in package 2).
• For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
