From Sunday to Thursday: 10 AM - 11 PM.
Friday & Saturday: 10 AM - 12 AM.

You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

You must present a valid ID or passport during the activity.
This ticket is valid for one person only and for the same day.
Please note that you can only play each game in Play DXB for once and no more.
The visitors have to pay 5 AED to obtain a digital gate card in Play DXB, which is mandatory and non-negotiable.
There are age, height, and weight restrictions for each attraction and game.
Please note that the minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm. And children should be under 120 cm.
Children must be accompanied by an adult during the tour or attractions visit. And the operator has the right to prevent them from entering if they are alone.
You have to arrive 10 to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Last entry to Play DXB will be at 10:00 PM.
eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are not allowed during any tour that includes transfer services.
