Activity Description

Enjoy all day pass entry with your children to the main entertainment destination for children, Red Sea Beach Sabya, inside Sarawat Mall. Your children can enjoy various games, which include Sand area, Balls sea, Knowledge library, trampoline, and Candy Care if available. Children are allowed up to 13 years old.

  • Red Sea Beach includes recreational motor games such as the sand area, the ball sea, the knowledge library, the trampoline, and many manual cognitive games. 
  • Prices and offers vary depending on the branch and the services provided, Prices do not vary according to age.
  • Exchanges and returns are not allowed.
  • Child admission tickets include VAT. 
  • In all branches, the ticket is all day pass.
  • The ticket is for one child only and can‘t be exchanged for another child.
  • The management reserves the right to amend all prices and times without prior notice. 
  • Prices listed on the website include entry and basic play areas only, like the Sand area, Ball Sea, and Knowledge library, while additional services such as the Kids Cafe and trampoline must be purchased at the branch.
  • The maximum age allowed for children is 13 years. 
  • The maximum height allowed for children is 150 cm.
  • Companions are welcome to enter with a ticket of 11 Saudi Riyals. 
  • Children 3 years and younger, children with disabilities, or those requiring care must be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety.
  •  Children are not allowed as companions at all.
  • You must arrive to pick up your child at least 15 minutes before the end of the day. 
  • If you are late picking up your child by the end of the day, they will be handed over to the mall's security department, and the parents will be notified via text message. 
  • The company disclaims any responsibility for any lost belongings of the child or their parents. 
  • The child's guardian must empty the child's pockets of jewellery, valuable accessories, and sharp objects before entering the play area.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the place, children and their escorts are not permitted to enter wearing shoes. 
  • Shoes must be placed in the designated place, and the company disclaims responsibility for lost or stolen shoes.
  • Food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
  • If a child's guardian is called to attend to their child's request, they must be present immediately with a ticket.
  • The company disclaims responsibility for any harm that may befall the child as a result of their child's misuse of the play area. 
  • The customer bears full responsibility if the child is exposed to any danger. The police are not responsible.
  • After completing the reservation and payment, the order number will appear. You must go to the branch on the same day and show the order number to the cashier to obtain your child's bracelet.
  • Purchasing a ticket implicitly indicates your consent to photos, audio, and video clips being taken of your child and posted online.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all policies.

  • Your ticket will be sent to your email after confirming the booking in the form of a QR code.
  • You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

  • The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
