Colored Canyon Trip Sharm el Sheikh
Overview
Travel in comfort by 4x4 Land cruiser to the coloured Canyon from Sharm el Sheikh and then be guided through the labyrinth of spectacularly coloured rocks, valleys and canyons on this breath-taking trip. Admire the rainbow walls of stone as you squeeze through cracks and formations and climb and jump your way over boulders to the other side. Finish your day by travelling on by 4x4 to the city of Dahab where you will enjoy a delicious and even get time to do some shopping.
Pickup from Sharm el Sheikh resorts
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and being our journey into the Sinai in a comfortable, modern Land Cruiser. Hailed as the ultimate 4x4, there aren’t many places on earth these vehicles won't go and this will be made clear as you zoom over the bumpy terrain of the Sinai Peninsula.
Coloured Canyon Trip
After approximately 2 hours, we'll arrive at the maze of sandstone rocks known as the Coloured Canyon! We'll take the well-trodden but by no-means easy walk through the canyon. It's a great experience that binds the group together and you'll find most of the way the group will be laughing and helping each other over the occasionally difficult climb. Your guide will also be on hand to assist you at any time during the tour.
Lunch and shopping in Dahab
Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in the small coastal town of Dahab which has grown from the small Bedouin fishing village to one of the best places in South Sinai for shopping and dining today. Attracting large amounts of tourists every year the resort of Dahab has so much going on but still manages to maintain a feeling of calm and relaxation.
You'll have some time to explore Dahab's coffee shops, bazaars, shops and restaurants as you browse the many local Egyptian handicrafts, carpets, jewellers, perfumes, papyrus and other souvenirs on sale here.
Transfer back to Sharm Hotel
After a busy day, we will make our way back to your hotel in Sharm by 4x4; the journey taking approximately just over an hour.
