• The trip is offered in English.
• The dinner cruise takes 2 hours, including boarding time.
• The reporting time will be at 07:00 pm, and the trip starts at 08:00 pm.
• The ticket is free for infants from 0 to 2 years old.
• The dinner depends on the number of attendees and the way it is served, whether boxed dinner or buffet, so you need to inform us about the number of attendees.
• You can add transfers with extra fees.
• You can request a kosher meal with extra fees.
• Kindly note that you need to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the time of the trip.
• Please note that if you arrive late, you will be considered a no-show and miss the trip.
• The tour departure depends on the weather conditions, and it may be cancelled for any reason, but we will do our best to reschedule another time or make a full refund.
• The tour needs at least 15 passengers to embark on the cruise.

6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.

• If you need a full refund, you need to cancel the trip before 10:00 a.m. on the same day of the trip. 
• There is no refund for late cancellation and no-show.
