• Be prepared with appropriate water activity clothing and footwear as you will get wet, bring a towel and extra clothes for you to change after you do the activity.
• Please ensure that you are at the location minimum 15 minutes before your time schedule for the preparation and briefing.
• We are now eliminating single use plastic water bottles, so we are requesting you to bring your own water bottles and we have an available water dispenser onsite where you can refill it.
• Mobile phones, cameras, gadgets might get dropped in water, we encourage you to take pictures as this is a unique experience however you have to be responsible or bring a water proof case along with you.
• There are designated boxes to secure your belongings.
• Public toilets are available in the general outlet areas at the promenade and we have portable pop-up changing tents and fresh water to rinse off in our prep area.
• The trip might be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or safety measures.
• For your safety, kindly ensure that you are in compliance with the guiding team instructions at all times.
