For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled trip, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within the last 24 hours before the scheduled trip time.
Trips cannot be canceled during official holidays or festive seasons. However, they may be rescheduled based on the customer’s preference and according to the applicable rescheduling policy.
No refund will be provided in case of failure to attend at the scheduled booking time.
Customers are allowed to reschedule the trip only once within a maximum period of one calendar year, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the trip time.
Once the booking has been rescheduled, the customer will not be eligible to cancel the booking or request a refund.
