How to receive your Booking

• Your booking will be sent to your email after confirming the booking in the form of a QR code.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via WhatsApp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity.

• No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time.
•  If the reservation is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled flight time, 50% of the amount will be refunded. 
• If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled flight time, the full amount will be refunded.
•  The flight can't be cancelled during official holidays and Eid holidays, but it can be postponed according to the customer's request and according to Otlah's postponement policy.
•  If the flight isn't shown on the scheduled flight time, the amount won't be refunded.
•  In the event of postponement, the customer isn't entitled to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. 
• The customer has the right to postpone the flight a maximum of two times within a period not exceeding one calendar year, by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.
