4 Hour Scuba Diving Experience in Jeddah

This program is designed especially for beginners who want to discover the underwater world.

• Program Duration: 3-4 hours.
• Dive Time: 30 - 40 minutes.
• Dive Depth: up to 12 meters.

This Experience is going on 3 stages:

• First Stage: Theoretical session to introduce the basics and what we will see underwater.
• Second Stage: Get comfortable with the gear in a safe pool and practice some simple and essential skills.
• Third Stage: Heading to the sea and dive till it feels comfortable with you for up to 12 meters.

Finally, you will get an SSI International Certificate, Valid for 6 months.🎉

How to receive your Booking

• Your booking will be sent to your email after confirming the booking in the form of a QR code.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip,  only 50% of the price will be refunded to the client.
• Cancellation within the last 24 hours of the scheduled trip, the amount paid cannot be refunded.
• In case of weather conditions, trip will be postponed and cannot be canceled. The rescheduling will depend on the available slots on the same yacht during that period.
• Cancellations are not allowed during official holidays or special occasions. Instead, they will be rescheduled according to the customer's preference and within the rescheduling terms specified in the policy.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients have the right to reschedule the trip a maximum of two times within one calendar year. The Trip can be rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
• In case of rescheduling, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation or request a refund.
