It is recommended to wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for the activities.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Outside food is not allowed in order to maintain food safety standards.
Free parking is available at the mall.
Designated parking spaces are also provided for people with disabilities and strollers.
Children under 110 cm are only allowed to enter the Mini BOUNCE area.
You must wear flat shoes when entering the X-Park area.
Please note that Tawar Mall has updated its dress code policy, and modest clothing is required for entry.
You must be at least 110 cm tall to access the X-Park area.
If you don’t have grip socks, you’ll need to buy a pair on-site, as they must be worn during the entire session.
Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
