Qatar: Admission Card to Angry Birds World

• You have to know that you can’t redeem, exchange, refund, or sell your card under any circumstances.
• The Angry Birds World is not responsible if you lose or damage your card after purchasing it.
• We apply all the safety rules of Angry Birds World.

Adult card notes:

• The card’s balance is valid for 6 months, but the card itself is valid for one year after purchase.
• It’s for people over 16 years old.

Kids cards notes:

• The card’s balance is valid for 6 months, but the card itself is valid for one year after purchase.
• This card is specialized for children under 16 years old.

Family card notes:

• This card is only valid for one day.
• The card’s balance is valid for 6 months, but you can only reactivate the card by purchasing the same balance on your next visit to the park.
• Up to four people can use the Family Card at once.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• No  refunds will be provided for the activity.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• No rescheduling will be provided for this activity.
