• Tuesday to Thursday: from 12 pm to 9 pm.
• Friday and Saturday: from 11 am to 9 pm.

• Visitors should arrive an hour in advance of their booking time.
• The maximum number of visitors allowed per hour is 10 people.

Ootlah Policies: 

• Full payment in advance.
•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
• this activity is subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.

Rescheduled Policies: 

• Rescheduled is allowed before 12 hours of booking time.

Refund Policies: 

• you can refund 24 hours before the booking time.
