How to receive your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email within 5 minutes via a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can access your booking confirmation in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Kindly note that a 100% advance deposit is required.

• A full refund will be issued only if the activity is canceled due to weather conditions or if no slots are available.
• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled booking will be charged the full amount with no refund.
