Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
Welcome to Ootlah. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our website and services, worth a read before you get started. By using Ootlah, you're agreeing to what's written here.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using Ootlah's website or services means you've read this agreement and accepted what's in it. Please refrain from using this service if you disagree with the above.
By using our services, you agree to allow access to your precise or approximate location data in order to display activities and experiences that are closest and most relevant to you. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your device settings, though some features will be limited without it.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Your licence to use Ootlah is personal and non-commercial. It does not transfer to others, and it does not extend to the following:
• Taking our content and reproducing, editing, or redistributing it.
• Putting the platform to work for any business or commercial purpose.
• Probing, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the underlying software.
• Stripping away copyright notices or any other ownership markings.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ootlah at any time.
3. Account Responsibility
Registration requires honest, up-to-date information not approximations. Once your account exists, what happens inside it is yours to own. That includes activity you did not initiate yourself, which is exactly why keeping your password private is non-negotiable.
4. Bookings and Payments
Every booking on the platform is contingent on availability at the time of confirmation. Payment is collected in full upfront. We accept a range of payment methods credit cards, debit cards, and any other options shown to you at checkout.
Quoted prices reflect what is available at that moment and can change; there is no advance notice obligation on our part for price adjustments.
Refund and cancellation rights differ depending on the provider running the activity. Before confirming a booking, reviewing those specific terms is worth doing since they are not uniform across the platform.
5. Points and Rewards Programme
Completing a booked activity earns you points. Those points have real value; they come off the total on future bookings. There are a few things to be aware of before counting on them:
• Points only land in your account after the activity is marked as completed.
• Extended inactivity on your account will eventually cause them to expire.
• The programme itself can be changed or wound down we will give reasonable notice before that happens.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform's content, structure, and visual identity belong to Ootlah and the parties who licence to us. That ownership does not transfer through your use of the platform. Using the Ootlah name or logo for anything external requires written permission; there are no exceptions to that.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but there are situations where we simply cannot be held responsible for everything that goes wrong.
Indirect or consequential losses things like lost income, missing data, or knock-on effects from something that went wrong fall outside our liability. This is a standard position for platforms of this kind, and one we think it is only fair to state plainly.
8. Amendments to These Terms
Revisions happen. When we make changes that are significant in nature, we give at least thirty days before they come into effect. If you keep using Ootlah after the changes kick in, we'll take that as a yes.
