Activity description

Enjoy a thrilling horse riding experience filled with adrenaline in Al Muzahmiya for 130 SAR instead of 150 SAR for 3 people, making it perfect for friends and families.

  • From 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • One hour.

  • Horse riding for 3 persons. 

  • Your booking confirmation will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your booking confirmation in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

  • The process of getting a booking confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  • In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
  • This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

  • Full refunds are available for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are not allowed during public holidays or festive periods; however, activities can be rescheduled according to the holiday postponement policy and customer preference.
  • No refund is provided if the customer does not show up at the scheduled time.
  • Customers can reschedule their activity up to a maximum of two times within one calendar year by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduled bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
