• Transparent or inappropriate clothing is strictly prohibited; passengers are expected to dress suitably for family-friendly trips.
• The possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any hazardous or illegal substances on board is strictly prohibited.
• The crew reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone suspected of carrying such items.
• The security team has the right to conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment on board.
• All passengers are required to wear life jackets when instructed by the crew and to follow safety guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Jumping off the boat while it is in motion or swimming in unauthorized areas is strictly forbidden.
• In the event of changing weather conditions, the management reserves the right to adjust the departure or return time to ensure passenger safety and a smooth trip.
• Passengers may bring their own food and drinks, provided they maintain cleanliness and refrain from disposing of any waste in the sea.
• Pets are not allowed on site or aboard the boat under any circumstances.
• Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip, and the organizer bears no responsibility for any lost or misplaced items.
• Verbal or physical assault against the crew or other passengers is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately in the event of any misconduct.
• By purchasing a ticket, you automatically acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

• Refunds are only permitted in exceptional cases as determined by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the trip schedule or cancel it if weather conditions are unsuitable or if any safety concerns arise.
• In the event of cancellation, passengers will be contacted as soon as possible, and the refund policy will be applied accordingly.
