• Please note that any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
• Ensure that your clothing is appropriate for a family-friendly environment; transparent or revealing attire is prohibited
• Please be advised that carrying or using alcohol, drugs, or any hazardous or illegal substances on board is strictly prohibited.
• The crew reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone suspected of carrying prohibited items for the safety of all passengers.
• Please note that security personnel may conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment.
• For your safety, kindly comply with all instructions from the crew and wear life jackets when requested.
• Please refrain from jumping off the yacht while it’s in motion or swimming in non-designated areas.
• Kindly note that trip departure or return times may be adjusted due to weather conditions to ensure everyone’s safety.
• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, but please maintain cleanliness and avoid littering in the sea.
• Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the premises or on board.
• Passengers are kindly reminded to keep their personal belongings safe, as the organizer is not responsible for any lost items.
• Please note that any verbal or physical misconduct toward the crew or other passengers will not be tolerated. The organizer reserves the right to end the trip immediately in such cases.
• By purchasing the ticket, you automatically agree to all terms and conditions.

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

• Refunds are only permitted in exceptional cases determined by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the trip schedule or cancel it in case of unsuitable weather conditions or safety concerns.
• In the event of cancellation, passengers will be notified, and the refund policy will be applied.
