• Wednesdays: from 4 PM to 12 AM. 

• For Women: One-piece swimsuits, bikinis, abayas, cotton clothing, transparent clothing, zippers, accessories, shorts, jeans, and any fabric unsuitable for swimming are not permitted.
• For Men: Cotton clothing or any fabric unsuitable for swimming, jeans, zippers, and buttons are not permitted. Swimming shorts must cover at least the knee.
• For Children: Diapers unsuitable for swimming, cotton clothing, or any fabric unsuitable for swimming, zippers, and buttons are not permitted.

• Free entry for children under 2 years old.
• Boys over 120 cm tall are not allowed to enter the park on ladies' day.
• Smoking is prohibited except for designated smoking areas, and E-cigarettes/vapes are treated the same.
• Smoking any illegal substances is strictly prohibited - notifying authorities is standard procedure.
• Any form of bullying is not allowed.
• Cyan Waterpark prohibits harassment of any kind, especially sexual harassment, and will take appropriate and immediate action in response to any complaints or knowledge of a violation of this policy.
• Guests should not use abusive language, offensive symbols, or gestures towards other guests or staff. Guests who do so may be ejected from the park without a refund.
• Line jumping is not allowed. Guests are not allowed to save spots for others.
• Cyan management is not responsible for any lost items.
• Guests should place their waste directly into bins. Cyan Waterpark enforces a strict no food, beverages, or other waste in pools/rides. Failure to follow these rules may lead to a warning or ejection.
• Reserving seats or tables is not allowed.
• Prohibited items: glass items, food (except infant food and water), scooters, roller-blades, skateboards, bicycles, electric vehicles, drones, remote-controlled devices, laser pointers, shoes with built-in wheels, toys, large inflatables, snorkels, diving masks, fins, weapons, any illegal substances, fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects, spray paint/markers, and animals.

How to receive your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to your email within 5 minutes via a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can access your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• This ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
