• Please note that the customers can only enter the branch selected during purchase and specified on the order invoice.
• Ticket prices for Red Sea Beach branches vary depending on each branch’s location, size, and available services.
• Children’s ticket prices include VAT.
• Child tickets are non-transferable and will not be used for a different child.
• The order number must be shown to the front desk or cashier staff so you can receive the children’s wristbands.
• The listed prices include access to the basic play areas only: sand area, ball pit, library, track, gravel (if available), and Candy Care (if available).
• Please note that additional services, such as the Kids Café or trampoline, must be purchased separately at the branch.
• The maximum age allowed for children is 13 years.
• Kindly note that children aged 3 and below must be accompanied by a guardian to ensure their safety during playtime.
• Kindly note that children with disabilities or those requiring personal supervision must be accompanied by a guardian at all times to ensure their safety.
• The maximum height allowed for children is 150 cm.
• Children are strictly not allowed to enter as companions.
• Parents must arrive at least 15 minutes before the branch's closing time to collect their child.
• If a parent is unresponsive or late, the child will be handed over to mall security, and a text message will be sent.
• Each ticket allows unlimited playtime during the branch’s working hours on the day of the visit.
• Kindly empty your child’s pockets and remove all jewellery, accessories, or sharp items before entering.
• The place is not responsible for any lost items.
• Kindly, shoes must be placed in designated areas; the company is not responsible for lost footwear.
• Please know that food and drinks are not allowed inside the Red Sea Beach branches under any circumstances.
• If the child requests their guardian, please come immediately when contacted.
• The invoice must be presented when collecting the child from the play area.
• The branch is not liable for any harm to the child due to improper use of equipment.
• Be considerate that the customer bears full responsibility in case of any incident and may not hold the staff or company accountable.
• Please note that purchasing a ticket implies consent for photographs, videos, or audio recordings of children at the branch, which may be used online.
• Kindly note that the company applies a companion entry policy with a nominal fee of SAR 11 per companion, to be paid at the gate.
• Kindly note that once the payment is completed and the ticket is purchased, your order number will appear in the system.
• Please visit the branch on the same day of purchase to collect the wristbands and complete the process.
• Children and companions are not allowed to enter Red Sea Beach branches wearing shoes to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and the safety of the children.
• Ticket purchase constitutes full acknowledgement and agreement with all the terms mentioned above.

How to receive your ticket?

• Your ticket  will be sent to your email within 5 minutes via a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can access your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• The purchased ticket is valid for use on the same day of purchase only.
• Customers are not allowed to enter any branch other than the one selected during the purchase process and stated on the order invoice.
• If you encounter any issues during booking, please contact us via WhatsApp for quicker and more effective assistance.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.

• cancellations or refunds are not permitted after the ticket is purchased and payment is completed (after receiving the wristband).
