Get General Admission Ticket to Doha Quest

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 2:00 PM till 10:00 PM.
• Thursday: 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
  • Exception: Mar 26 (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Saturday, Mar 21, Sunday, Mar 22 & Monday, Mar 23: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Closed on Sundays.

• Entry ticket for a general admission for the entire day.  
• You will have access to all rides and attractions (except iFLY Quest and racing simulators which you can play with extra fees). 

• Food and beverages. 
• Travel insurance. 

• This experience is suitable for people with wheelchairs; additionally, you can rent wheelchairs from the park by request at the information desk. 
• The park contains rides and attractions for children between the ages of 4 and 10 to enjoy.
• Lockers are available for guests to rent for extra fees. 
• There are food and beverage options and retail outlets at the park.
• Tickets are only valid for use on the selected date you choose while booking.
• Please note that kids 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old with an entry ticket.
• Each guest should present the voucher to Quest counter staff and exchange it with actual quest admission tickets

• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking within 5 to 10 minutes.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Any cancellation less than 48 hours to the scheduled activity it will be non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
