• This trip depends on weather conditions. If it gets canceled due to bad weather, you will have the option to either get a refund or reschedule.
• All participants must bring a valid ID with them.
• Make sure not to be late, as the boat will leave exactly on time.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your activity to ensure a smooth start.
• Alcoholic drinks are not allowed on board.
• The trip to Jarada Island takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
• The price applies per group, not per individual.

How to receive your booking?

• You can access your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
