• A valid copy of the ID must be sent to complete the booking.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages or use drugs and mind-altering substances. Violating this rule will subject you to legal accountability, immediate power disconnection, and leaving from the rest house.
• Mixed bookings of males and females are not allowed.
• The customer is responsible for any damage or loss to the camp facilities.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the lounge and in areas with artificial grass.
• The place must be returned clean as received; otherwise, a fine of BHD 20 will be charged.
• Booking times are from 8 AM to 4 PM or from 8 PM to 4 AM, unless an extension is agreed upon in advance. In case of delay, a fine of BHD 10 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• Booking is allowed only for families or for male-only or female-only groups, with a maximum of 25 people.
• Please inspect the facilities upon arrival and report any existing damages with photos via WhatsApp.
• A deposit of BHD 30 is required and will be refunded after the booking.
• The use of soap or creams in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited; in case of violation, the deposit will not be refunded.
• The use of decorative papers in the swimming pool and on artificial grass is prohibited; they are only allowed inside the lounge. Violation will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Drilling into the walls or using nails to hang decorations is prohibited and will result in a fine.
• Writing or drawing on the walls using spray paint or any material that damages the paint is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.
• Mixed-gender parties are prohibited; violation may result in legal consequences, power cutoff, and immediate eviction.
• Children, non-swimmers, or individuals with epilepsy are strictly prohibited from entering the pool without supervision.
• Leaving any vehicle in the parking area after the booking time is strictly prohibited; the management is not responsible for it.
• The tenant bears legal responsibility in case of any drowning incident.
• The rest area management is not responsible for any lost items inside the property.
• According to Article (158) of the Bahraini Civil Code, the tenant is responsible for covering the cost of any damages or losses to the rest area's facilities.
• The bedroom is rented for families only.

How to receive your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email within 5 minutes via a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can access your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Please make sure the desired date is available before confirming the booking by contacting us via WhatsApp.

• No refund or rescheduling policy is available.
