• Morning: From 8 AM to 4 PM.
• Evening: From 8 PM to 4 AM.

• 3 showers (indoor and outdoor).

• Please note that the maximum capacity is 30 people.
• Kindly note that pets are not allowed on the premises.
• The use of soap, shampoo, or oils in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• For everyone’s comfort, glitter and party confetti are not allowed in or around the pool.
• A valid ID is required upon entry.
• The pool is subject to availability conditions.
• A security deposit of BHD 30 is required and will be deducted in case of any damage or delays.
• Late checkout will result in a deduction of BHD 10 per hour from the deposit.
• Full payment must be made before arrival to confirm your booking.

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting your booking confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or lost items.

• No refunds in case of cancellation or no-show.
• Rescheduling is only allowed if requested at least 12 hours before the booked time.
