Luxury Jet Ski Experience Around Water Garden City

• Thursday to Saturday:
  • Morning from 9 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Evening from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

• Only 2 GTi model 2025 (single & couple) and 2 Spark Trixx Jetski (single)
• You have to bring your original ID in order to rent the Jet Ski.
• The Jet Ski driver can’t be less than 18 years old.
• You have to pay an additional 3 BD upon arrival at the gate as a City Beach entrance fee.

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

Ootlah Policies: 

• You have to bring your origional ID in order to rent the Jet Ski.
•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
• this activity is subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.

Rescheduled Policies: 

• Rescheduled is allowed 24 hours before the activity time.

Refund Policies: 

• For full refund, cancellation must be 48 hours before the activity time.
