• Please be aware that discounts or vouchers cannot be combined with promotions, themes, brunches, events, or special occasions.
• We kindly request the guests to inform the restaurant if they will be more than 15 minutes late by calling +971 4 426 2626 to re-allocate the reservation, depending on availability. 
• For your convenience, please keep your booking confirmation number handy.
• Please note that large luggage is not permitted inside or stored at the restaurant. Hotel guests may leave their bags at reception, while non-resident guests will not be able to store luggage on-site.
• Kindly be aware that bookings include only what is listed in the “What’s included” section of your voucher. Any additional consumption must be settled directly at the venue.
• Please note that menu items are subject to change without prior notice at the restaurant’s discretion.
• Kindly note that the minimum booking requirement is 2 guests.
• Please note that each reservation must be made under a different guest name. The same name cannot be used for two or more bookings at the same time.
• Kindly note that infants from 0 to 3 years for free.

How to receive and redeem your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent as a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your coupon in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Show the QR code only when requesting the bill.

• The process of getting a confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can assist you better.

• Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance is free of charge.
• Late cancellation or no-shows will incur a full charge.
