How to receive and redeem your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent as a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your coupon in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Show the QR code only when requesting the bill.

• The process of getting a confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can assist you better.

• Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance is free of charge.
• Late cancellation or no-shows will incur a full charge.
