• It’s forbidden to bring any lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, or baby strollers to Burj Khalifa, but you can keep them in our luggage room.
• Please get your ticket from the main counter at LG Level, Dubai Mall, before entering any of the Dubai Mall attractions. To be able to proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket to confirm the booking.
• You will not get a refund for no-shows or late arrivals.
• All of our tools are run in accordance with the demands of the local COVID-19 legislation.
• Free access to children under the age of 4.
• Dubai Fountain is working every 30 minutes from 6 pm to 11 pm.
• Please check the booking slots for the most recent prime and non-prime hours, as non-prime hours vary with the seasons.
