- Time adjustment will not be made due to late arrival and refund requests will not be accommodated.
- Cancellations must be 72 hours before the trip day.
- The minimum hours for rental is 1 hour but in some cases it is not allowed to book less than 2 hours.
- Swimming is not allowed in one hour rental.
- Swimming allowed up to 6pm only.
- Guests can bring their own food.
- For people with motion sickness/sea sickness or think may have please be advised to take motion sickness pills at least 30 minutes - 1 hour before the trip.
- Bring your valid voucher and present upon arrival.
- Each passenger must present a valid Identification Card(Labor Card,Emirates ID, Passport ID, VISA & Driving License) as per coast guard policy.
- Please come 10-15 minutes early before your trip.
