• Time adjustment will not be made due to late arrival and refund requests will not be accommodated.
• Cancellations must be 72 hours before the trip day.
• The minimum hours for rental is 1 hour but in some cases it is not allowed to book less than 2 hours.
• Swimming is not allowed in one hour rental.
• Swimming allowed up to 6pm only.
• Guests can bring their own food.
• For people with motion sickness/sea sickness or think may have please be advised to take motion sickness pills at least 30 minutes - 1 hour before the trip.
• Bring your valid voucher and present upon arrival.
• Each passenger must present a valid Identification Card(Labor Card,Emirates ID, Passport ID, VISA & Driving License) as per coast guard policy.
• Please come 10-15 minutes early before your trip.
