• Canyoning waterproof clothes (shorts for men and leggings for women).
• Waterproof cover for mobile phones.
• Extra clothes and shoes.
• If you need to take photos, bring a waterproof camera or GoPro.

• The activity is suitable for ages 7+.
• The difficulty level of this activity is easy to medium.
• Kindly note that the private tours are available on Tuesdays and Sundays.
• Kindly note that the pickup time will be at 7 a.m., depending on your location.
• Start entering Wadi Tiwi at 10:30 a.m.
• Exit Wadi Tiwi at 2:30 p.m.
• Back to Muscat to drop off from 5 to 6 p.m.
• The pickup and drop off are free from and to Kempinski, Mysk Hotel, Holiday Inn Muscat Airport, Chedi Hotel, W Hotel, Hormuz Grand, Radisson Blu, and Park Inn by Radisson.
• Kindly note that pickup from other hotels is available for an extra fee.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
