• No age limits for bookings, infants are accompanied by parents to the sea.
• If the sea is rough and has high waves, we avoid taking infants and small kids.
• If the sea is too rough we will cancel the tours until the sea is cool and advisable by the Marina Authorities.
• Pregnant ladies going on the sea is a risky affair.
• Payments are once done.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
