• Tickets are valid for the date of the visit.
• Tickets are available for foreigners only.
• Adult’s tickets are applied for people from 131 cm and above. 
• Child’s tickets are applied for people from 100 cm to 130 cm. 
• Free entrance for infants or children under the height of 100 cm.
• All prices include 7% VAT.
• Parents should take care of their children while playing.
• People should follow the instructions of height, weight, and physical conditions of playing machines.
• Kindly wear swimwear at the water park section and comfortable clothes when entering the amusement park, and commit to the park’s regulations and rules.
• Don’t forget to take off your jewellery before entering because it can injure guests such as huge rings, earrings, and necklaces. 
• It’s not acceptable to bring any dangerous materials such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other materials that can annoy guests.
• Siam Water Park has the authority to close the park or any part of it because of weather changes.
• Kindly note the last redemption to welcome visitors at Siam Water Park at 4:00 PM.

• Kindly show your E-ticket to the ticketing counter before entering.
• Exchange your E-ticket with a wristband at the member and group ticketing counter next to the ticketing counter.

How to receive your ticket?

• You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-Code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
