• The prices for entry tickets to Red Sea Beach branches vary depending on the location, size, and services of each branch.
• All children's entry tickets include VAT.
• You can only use your ticket on the same day, and you can’t use it on another day under any circumstances after receiving the entry bracelet from the cashier.
• You are not allowed to enter a branch other than the one selected during the purchase process and recorded on the order invoice.
• Please show the order number to the reception and cashier staff to receive the children's entry bracelets.
• The entry ticket with the prices mentioned includes playing in the basic sections only (sand - balls - library - track - pebbles if available, Candy Care if available). You can purchase any other services from the branch at an additional cost, such as (Kids Cafe - trampoline).
• The maximum allowed age for children to enter is 13 years.
• The maximum allowed height for a child to enter is 150 cm.
• An accompanying adult must enter with a child who is 3 years old or younger, or if the child has special needs or requires personal supervision to ensure their safety.
• Children are not allowed to enter as companions with other children.
• You must arrive to pick up the child no later than a quarter of an hour before the official closing time.
• In the event of parents' late arrival or failure to respond to us after official working hours, we will hand over the child to the mall's security management and notify the parents via a message.
• Playtime is unlimited for each ticket throughout the working hours at all Red Sea Beach branches.
• Children are not allowed to bring any of the following inside the play area: jewellery, valuable accessories, or any sharp materials, as the branch management and the company are not responsible for any loss of the child's or their parents' belongings.
• Please put syour hoes in the specialized areas, as we are not responsible if you lose them.
• Children or companions are not allowed to enter the park with shoes to ensure the cleanliness of the place and the safety of children.
• It is forbidden to bring any food or drinks inside any of the Red Sea Beach branches.
• The child's parents must come quickly if the child requests their presence.
• When taking the child out of the play area, the parent must present the payment invoice.
• The child must be careful when playing games and using the facilities there, as the branch and park management and employees are not responsible for any harm or damage that may happen to them.
• Once you purchase an entry ticket to Red Sea Beach, you agree to the taking of any photographs, videos, and recorded audio clips of your children while they are at the branch, which may be published on the internet.
• All tickets include VAT, and prices don’t vary by age.
• The accompanying adult must pay a fee of 11 SAR to enter with their child.

How to receive your booking?

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application. 
• Please visit the branch on the same day of purchase to receive the play bracelets and process your order after you receive the order number.

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.

• You can’t cancel or refund your ticket after the confirmation and payment.
