• Ticket prices vary based on the location, size, and amenities of each Red Sea Beach branch.
• Prices for both children and companions are listed individually under each branch's details.
• All children’s ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Children’s tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the child they were originally issued.
• Upon arrival, please provide your order number to the front desk or cashier to receive your child’s wristband.
• The ticket grants access only to the standard play zones: sand area, ball pit, library, track, gravel area (if available), and Candy Care (if available).
• Access to additional services like the Kids Café or trampoline requires a separate payment at the branch.
• The maximum age for children to enter is 13 years old.
• Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a guardian at all times for safety.
• Children with disabilities or special supervision needs must also be accompanied by a guardian.
• The maximum height for children is 150 cm.
• Children are not allowed to enter as companions.
• Parents are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before closing time to pick up their children.
• If a parent cannot be reached or arrives late, the child will be handed over to mall security, and a text notification will be sent.

• Purchasing a ticket indicates your agreement to allow the child to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, with potential usage on digital platforms.
• Red Sea Beach follows an open-time policy—tickets are valid for use throughout the day of purchase during operating hours.
• Companions must pay a nominal entry fee of SAR 11, which is collected at the entrance.
• Once payment is completed, your order number will be logged in the system.
• You must visit the branch on the same day of purchase to receive your wristbands and complete the check-in process.

How to receive your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to your email within 5 minutes via a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can access your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• The purchased ticket is valid for use on the same day of purchase only.
• Customers are not allowed to enter any branch other than the one selected during the purchase process and stated on the order invoice.
