All Day Pass Ticket to Red Sea Beach Dammam

• Please be advised that the purchased ticket is valid for use on the same day of purchase only. 
• Please note that you cannot enter a branch other than the one selected during the purchase process and recorded on the order invoice. 
• Please note that all entrance ticket prices for Red Sea Beach branches vary depending on the location, areas, and available services at each branch. 
• Children's entrance tickets include VAT. 
• Please note that you cannot exchange a child's ticket to admit another child; each ticket belongs to the same child. 
• For your information, you will be asked to show the order number to the reception and cashier staff to receive the child's wristbands. 
• Please note that the prices include entry and play in the basic sections only, which are (sand - balls - library - track - pebbles if available, Candy Care if available). Additional services, such as (Kids Cafe - trampoline), can be used by purchasing them at the branch. 
• Please note that the maximum age allowed for children is 13 years. 
• Please note that an adult must accompany a child under 3 years old, children with disabilities, and cases requiring personal supervision, to ensure the child's safety. 
• Please note that the maximum height allowed for children is 150 cm. 
• Children are strictly prohibited from entering as companions. 
• Please note that you must be present to pick up the child at least fifteen minutes before the official closing time. 
• Please be advised that children whose families are late to pick them up after the official closing time will be handled by handing the child over to the mall's security management, and their families will be notified by text message. 
• For your information, playtime is open for a single ticket throughout the branch's operating hours at all branches. 
• Please empty the child's pockets and remove any jewellery, valuable accessories, or sharp objects before entering the child into the play area, as the management will not be held responsible for any loss of belongings belonging to the child or their parents. 
• Please place shoes in the designated area; the company is not responsible for their loss. 
• Children or companions are strictly prohibited from entering any branch while wearing shoes, to ensure the cleanliness of the place and the safety of children. 
• Bringing any food or drinks from outside is strictly prohibited. 
• Please take into consideration that the child's guardian must be present immediately upon contact if the child requests their presence. 
• Please note that the child's guardian will be asked to present the invoice when taking the child out of the play area. 
• Please note that the branch management is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the child as a result of their misuse of the games or facilities, and that the customer is fully responsible if the child is exposed to any danger, and the full responsibility does not fall on the employees or the company. 
• Please note that if you hold the invoice as the child's guardian, you agree to the photographs, videos, and recorded clips that may be taken while your child is at the branch and that may be published on the internet. 
• Please note that the ticket constitutes the customer's agreement to all the terms and conditions mentioned. 
• Please note that after completing the payment and purchasing the ticket, the order number will appear in the system, so please visit the branch on the same day of purchase to receive the order and fulfill the request.

How to receive your ticket? 

• Your ticket will be sent to your email in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via WhatsApp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.

• You cannot refund or exchange the ticket once purchased.
