• Red Sea Beach offers a diverse range of recreational and educational activities tailored for children, encompassing a sand area, a ball sea, a knowledge library, trampolines, and interactive cognitive games. 
• Ticket pricing and available offers vary across different locations and the specific services offered, irrespective of the child's age. 
• Please note that all ticket purchases are final and can't be refunded or exchanged. 
• The price of a child's admission ticket includes Value Added Tax (VAT). 
• Tickets are non-transferable between children. 
• Base ticket prices cover entry to standard play zones, such as the sand area, ball pool, and knowledge library.
•  Additional amenities, including the Kids Cafe and trampoline, require separate payment at the venue. 
• The maximum age for child admission is 13 years, with a height limit of 150 cm. 
• Accompanying adults may enter upon purchase of a ticket priced at 11 SAR. 
• Children under the age of 3, those with disabilities, or children requiring supervision must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Children aren't permitted to enter as companions to adults. 
• Guardians are required to collect their children at least 15 minutes prior to the closing time. 
• Late pickups will result in the child being escorted to mall security, and guardians will be notified via SMS. 
• The company assumes no responsibility for any loss of personal belongings. 
• Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's pockets are empty of valuables and sharp objects before entering the play area.
•  For hygiene purposes, shoes are not allowed within the play area and must be stored in the designated storage. 
• The company isn't liable for lost or stolen footwear. 
• Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. 
• Should a child request their guardian, the guardian must arrive immediately with a valid entry ticket. 
• The company holds no liability for injuries resulting from the misuse of the facilities. 
• The responsibility for the child's safety rests entirely with the guardian, and the company isn‘t accountable in this regard. 
• Upon completion of the reservation and payment, an order number will be displayed. This number must be presented at the chosen branch on the same day to receive the child's entry bracelet. 
• By purchasing a ticket, you signify your agreement to all these terms and conditions, including the allowance of photography, video, and audio recordings of your child that may be shared online.

How to receive your ticket

• You will receive your confirmed booking as a QR code sent directly to your email address.
• Additionally, you can access your booking details within the "My Bookings" section on the Ooltah website or mobile app.

• Please allow a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox.
• Should you encounter any issues during the booking process, kindly contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is undertaken with your consent. Ootlah will not be held responsible for any injuries or lost items.

• Tickets exchanges and refunds aren’t permitted once the booking and payment are confirmed.
