• Red Sea Beach offers a variety of recreational and educational activities for children, including sand play, a ball pit, a knowledge library, trampolines, and hands-on cognitive games. 
• Ticket prices and offers vary by branch and services provided, but are not affected by the child’s age. 
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
• Child admission tickets include VAT.
• Tickets can't be transferred to another child.
• Base ticket prices cover access to standard play areas such as the sand zone, balls sea, and knowledge library. Additional services, including the Kids Cafe and trampoline, require separate on-site purchases. 
• The maximum age for children is 13 years, and the height limit is 150 cm.
• Accompanying adults may enter with a ticket priced at 11 SAR. 
• Children under 3, those with disabilities, or children who need supervision must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Children are not allowed to enter as companions.
• Guardians must collect their children at least 15 minutes before closing time.
•  Late pickups will result in the child being handed over to mall security, and guardians will be notified by SMS.
• The company is not responsible for any lost personal belongings. 
• Guardians must ensure their child’s pockets are emptied of valuables and sharp objects before entering. 
• To maintain cleanliness, shoes are not allowed inside the play area and must be stored in the designated area. 
• The company is not liable for lost or stolen footwear.
• Food and drinks are strictly forbidden. 
• If a child requests their guardian, they must arrive immediately with a valid ticket. 
• The company holds no liability for injuries caused by misuse of the facilities. 
• Responsibility for the child's safety lies entirely with the guardian, and the police are not accountable.
• After completing the reservation and payment, an order number will appear. This number must be presented at the branch on the same day to receive the child's entry bracelet.
•  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all terms and conditions, including allowing photography, video, and audio recordings of your child that may be shared online.

• Your ticket will be sent to your email after confirming the booking in the form of a QR code.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via WhatsApp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity.

• You can‘t exchange or refund the ticket after confirming the booking and payment.
