Notes

  • It’s not permitted for children 7 years old and younger to participate.
  • Children from 8 to 11 years old can only participate if accompanied by an adult in the double kayak.
  • It’s permissible for children 12 years old and older to enjoy the single kayak when accompanied by an adult.
  • You have to know that you can’t reschedule your experience or get a refund after booking.
  • Please check in and sign a waiver with the staff of the center when you arrive, and then you will be guided to the starting point to get a short safety brief.

  4. No show to your book time slot, will be charged.
  5. All activities are subjected to weather condition. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
  6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
  7. Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
