- The chalet contains the following:
- One bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa turns into a bed.

- Outdoor seating area. - Two water bottles.

Notes
- OMR 20 insurance is added to the total booking amount, and you can refund it within 24 hours of your departure from the chalet.
- Chalet bookings are for overnight stays only.
- The maximum capacity of the chalet is 5 people.
- The chalet does not have a chef.
- The swimming pool is heated.
- You can also book the chalet for holidays and official events.
- You can ask for two additional beds to be added at an additional cost.
Policies
Ootlah's Policy:
- Full payment in advance.
- Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
- All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.
Refund Policy:
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
- No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
- In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
- If no slots are available.
No Show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
