• Your ticket will be sent to you as a QR- code directly to your email within 5 to 10 minutes after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• You will need to simply show your mobile ticket to the driver at the location of the pickup.
