How to receive and redeem your booking

• You will receive your confirmed booking as a QR code sent directly to your email address.
•  Additionally, you can access your booking details within the "My Bookings" section on the Ootlah website or mobile app.
• Please show your mobile ticket when you arrive.

• Please allow a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox.
• Should you encounter any issues during the booking process, kindly contact us via WhatsApp.
