All activities are subjected to weather condition. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
All activities are done with the client’s permission. ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.

You will have to pay fees if you fail to attend your booked experience.
We are not responsible if your event is cancelled due to decisions and actions of the government or military authorities, force majeure circumstances, etc.
Our camps require a minimum of 20 guests to operate events, and if we can’t reach this minimum number of guests on any particular date, we have the right not to operate on that day.
If the camp you have booked cannot operate on your booking date, you will be contacted and offered the following options:

Change the date of your booking for the same venue.
Change the venue of your booking for the same day, if available.

If the number of guests is less than 6, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to the booking date and be eligible for a full refund.
If the number of guests is 6 or more, you can cancel up to 7 days prior to the booking date and be eligible for a full refund.
All cancellations occurring after the cutoff time will be considered no-shows, and a full cancellation fee will be charged in these cases.
