• For your convenience, large bags, shopping bags, and strollers should be stored in the lockers available at the entrance of The View.
• infants under 3 years old are entitled to free entry.
• Tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged are not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.

How to receive your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent as a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting a confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can assist you better.

• The ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather, the attraction may be temporarily closed for your safety. Please note that tickets are non-refundable in such cases.
