• Opening timings for the Blacklight Mini Golf:
  -Monday and Thursday from 1 pm to 1 am.
  -Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: from 12 pm to 1 am.
• You have to book your ticket before entering the venue.
• Tickets will be available every 15 minutes.
• Please wear comfortable clothes with light colours, such as white, to be able to play under blacklight.
• There is car parking at Green Parking in Bahar JBR for 50 AED for up to 8 hours, and another parking in Murjan JBR that you can use for 10 AED per hour.
• You can get 3 free hours if you spend a minimum of 100 AED at any beach outlet.
• You can reach our location by the escalators down from the "Hilton Roundabout JBR" leading up towards the Bahar Plaza Level, or from inside Delta Hotel JBR( ground floor/parking area), use the lift and press the LP button, then walk out in the Plaza, and we are just opposite.
• The activity duration is limitless, that's why our staff members always release large groups every 15 minutes to ensure a smooth flow for consumers along the game duration.

How to receive your bookinrg

• Your tickets will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
