• To board the glass boat, head to the underwater zoo on level 2.
• The tour departs every 10 to 20 minutes.
• The time of departure is subject to availability.
•  Boat capacity is 10 people.

How to receive your booking 

• Your tickets will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
