• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
• Please note that the last admission time/entry to edge walk is 30 Minutes before the booked time.
• Please note minors under 18 years of age require the consent from their parents in person.
• Weight requirement for this experience is 50 to 100 kg and height requirement for this experience is between 130 – 210 cm.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).

How to receive your bookinrg

• Your tickets will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
