• The yacht's route can change based on the number of booking hours and this can be discussed upon booking.
• Arrival time 5-10 minutes before the agreed departure to avoid loss of time on the cruise.
• All guests must bring & present the original passport or the emirates ID, upon boarding.
• Kindly note that as per government instructions we adhere to headcount including children on all yachts, please don’t exceed the capacity of the yacht.
• Extra people will not be allowed to board.
• Cancellation received within 72 hours of the trip is non-refundable.
• In the case of No-Show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
• We may cancel or postpone your charter due to events beyond our control such as bad weather conditions, mechanical failure, coast guard restrictions and enforcement of new laws. And we will provide an alternative date/time.
