Taking care of all passengers, and their safety and ensuring the safe operation of the yacht is our responsibility, under the UAE's regulations and rules, but otherwise we have no other obligation or duty to the passengers.
The yacht capacity is 10 guests.
It is our responsibility to determine the suitable decorations to use on the yacht.
Smoking inside the yacht is not allowed.
Our Marina's security and safety requirements will apply to all passengers.
It is necessary to bring your original identification card, which could be a passport, driving license, or ID card, during the trip period.
Passengers are responsible for causing any damages to the yacht; compensation may include the costs of repair and the transportation of the yacht.
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory while cruising.
We are not accountable for any personal injuries caused by water activities such as cruising, swimming, fishing, parasailing, or any other recreational sports and activities.
The yacht's capacity should not exceed the number of passengers.
Within 24 hours of the trip date, we must be informed of the number of passengers.
Passengers who are under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult or have permission from their parents.
Bringing animals or pets onto the yacht is prohibited.
Fishing operations need to follow UAE legislation.
The UAE laws govern our captain and crew members.

Full payment in advance.
No refund or cancellation policy.
Please arrive on time.
No show to your book time slot will be charged.
All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of the trip date, you will receive 50% of the total value.
If you cancel before 24 hours of the trip date, you will receive a full refund.
To reschedule your trip date, it's necessary to inform us 24 hours prior to the date.
