Kindly note that it is mandatory to provide a copy of the Emirates ID or passport for each passenger at the time of booking, as required by the Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
Please note that without these documents, passengers will not be allowed to fly.
The balloon ride accommodates up to 20 passengers.
Our professional pilot will give you the instructions for the ride and let you know the time of boarding.
If you have children, they should be under their parent's supervision.
International safety standards must be followed for your safety.
The minimum age to participate in the flight is 5 years old.
Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
People older than 12 years old will book a ticket as adults.
All flights on the airframe and passengers are protected according to international standards.
You should wear comfortable and heavy clothes in winter.
Kindly note that bags and luggage are not allowed on the balloon. Bags will be left in our cars and will be waiting for you upon landing.
The maximum weight for an adult in the balloon is 125, above this weight will be paid for double.
Kindly note that you should submit your ID (any proven ID, passport, or driving licence).
You will take the beverages before take-off or after landing, depending on your package.
Pregnant women, children under 5 years old, and people older than 80 years old are not allowed to enter the ride.
It is not allowed for people with heart problems or any other medical conditions to enter the trip.
People who have recently had major surgery in the past six months, have a broken leg or broken arm, or have back or neck pain are not permitted to enter the ride.
This activity is not appropriate for people who suffer from phobias of height, or serious heart disease, such as mental health or emotional and physical diabetes.
All passengers must confirm and sign that they don’t have any health problems.
Some disability orders can fly, such as autism spectrum disorders, chronic medical conditions, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, learning disability, and vision impairment.
If the trip has been cancelled due to weather conditions, you have the right to a full refund or reschedule the trip.
People who have any health problems are welcome to stand back and take pictures.
Landing can be difficult because the balloon sometimes lies on its side, so if you have any concerns or health problems, you can watch the groups and take pictures.
Passengers with disabilities must receive medical instructions before boarding for safety reasons because they must be able to get on and off the balloon without assistance. Participation is at their own risk, and officials are not responsible for any damage or injury.
The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the company require that balloon passengers be able to get on and off without assistance so that they can deal with an emergency without assistance. Staff are present during boarding but cannot assist passengers.
The pilot will make the final decision as to whether the passenger is eligible to board the flight or not, and in case of refusal, the passenger will take the amount of money from the place you reserved.
We cannot carry passengers who participated in diving the day before the flight for their safety, as the balloon flies above 4,000 feet and most flights are at 2,000 to 3,000 feet. They can participate in the ride at their own risk, and administrators are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting therefrom.
Passengers with medical conditions should ensure they are able to participate and notify officials. They must bring any necessary medications as the tour lasts 4 hours, and they must participate at their own risk. Management will not be responsible for any damages or injuries.
The company will take memorable photos and videos, and you must agree that the company has the right to share the photos.

Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.

The process of getting a confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
In case of any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can assist you better.

If you need a full refund, you must cancel the trip 48 hours before departure.
You will lose your reservation if you cancel 18 hours or less before the scheduled time.
Balloon flights depend on weather conditions, and the pilot holds full authority to cancel or proceed with the flight to ensure guest safety.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, guests will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule for the next available date.
