• The rides take off at sunrise.
• The time can be changed from month to month depending on sunrise time.
• The balloons will be flown by skilled pilots.
• The air balloon ride takes from 40 to 70 minutes, depending on the weather conditions.
• Our team will call you to confirm the date and pickup time before one day of the trip between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.
• If the team cannot reach you, they will leave a message to the hotel that you stay in.
• The balloon ride accommodates up to 20 passengers.
• Transfers are available in our shared cars; you can request a private car with extra fees.
• The meeting point will be in the Sindbad Gulf Balloons Faculty area on (Dubai - Al Ain Road) if you come with your car.
• Our professional pilot will give you the instructions for the ride and let you know the time of boarding.
• Kindly note that you need to understand the pilot instructions well for your safety.
• If you have children, they should be under their parent's supervision.
• You will be sent an electronic flight certificate after the flight, duly signed by the pilot and our professional team.
• International safety standards must be followed for your safety.
• The minimum age to participate in the flight is 5 years old.
• Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• People older than 12 years old will book a ticket as adults.
• All flights on the airframe and passengers are protected according to international standards.
• You should wear comfortable and heavy clothes in winter.
• Kindly note that bags and luggage are not allowed on the balloon. Bags will be left in our cars and will be waiting for you upon landing.
• The maximum weight for an adult in the balloon is 125, above this weight will be paid for double.
• Kindly note that you should submit your ID (any proven ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Pickup time will be from 3:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., depending on your location.
• The flight will be between 5:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., as it takes from 40 to 70 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
• You will take the beverages before take-off or after landing, depending on your package.
• Pregnant women, children under 5 years old, and people older than 80 years old are not allowed to enter the ride.
• It is not allowed for people with heart problems or any other medical conditions to enter the trip.
• People who have recently had major surgery in the past six months, have a broken leg or broken arm, or have back or neck pain are not permitted to enter the ride.
• This activity is not appropriate for people who suffer from phobias of height, or serious heart disease, such as mental health or emotional and physical diabetes.
• All passengers must confirm and sign that they don’t have any health problems.
• Some disability orders can fly, such as autism spectrum disorders, chronic medical conditions, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, learning disability, and vision impairment.
• If the trip has been cancelled due to weather conditions, you have the right to a full refund or reschedule the trip.
• People who have any health problems are welcome to stand back and take pictures.
• Landing can be difficult because the balloon sometimes lies on its side, so if you have any concerns or health problems, you can watch the groups and take pictures.
• Passengers with disabilities must receive medical instructions before boarding for safety reasons because they must be able to get on and off the balloon without assistance. Participation is at their own risk, and officials are not responsible for any damage or injury.
• The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the company require that balloon passengers be able to get on and off without assistance so that they can deal with an emergency without assistance. Staff are present during boarding but cannot assist passengers.
• The pilot will make the final decision as to whether the passenger is eligible to board the flight or not, and in case of refusal, the passenger will take the amount of money from the place you reserved.
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, so we do not advise them to participate in this activity as they cannot go up and down.
• We cannot carry passengers who participated in diving the day before the flight for their safety, as the balloon flies above 4,000 feet and most flights are at 2,000 to 3,000 feet. They can participate in the ride at their own risk, and administrators are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting therefrom.
• Passengers with medical conditions should ensure they are able to participate and notify officials. They must bring any necessary medications as the tour lasts 4 hours, and they must participate at their own risk. Management will not be responsible for any damages or injuries.
• Passengers do not consume alcohol or drugs, and if found guilty, they will be disqualified, and they can receive some of their reversion money.
• The pilot makes the final decision about whether the passenger is eligible to participate or not for the safety of the flight.
• The flight is available on all days of the week except in the months of June, July and August due to weather conditions.
• The company will take memorable photos and videos, and you must agree that the company has the right to share the photos.

2. No refund or cancellation policy.
3. Please arrive on time.
4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
8. It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

For Individuals: 

• If you need a full refund, you must cancel the trip 48 hours before departure.
• You will lose your reservation if you cancel 18 hours or less before the scheduled time.

For groups: 

• You will lose 50% of the booking fee if you cancel before 7 days of the trip. 
• You will lose all the fee of booking if you cancel before 5 days or less of the trip. 
• For groups and persons, there is no refund or rescheduling for late cancellation or no-show.
