• Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday to Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

• In the event of any special event on the booked date, the ticket will be rescheduled to another suitable time for you.
• The minimum age allowed for children is 5 years and above.
• The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

• Your tickets will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
