• Tickets will be valid for 9 months from reservation.
• Maximum and minimum height restrictions applied on all rides.
• Dress code must be in line with the local customs.
• Facepass and fingerprint biometric checks are implemented for this ticket so If you want to cancel please go to the guest service office with an original or photocopy government ID for each ticket holder.
• Opening times can be changed without notice so please check the park’s visitor information section for the updated schedule. 
• Some rides can be closed for annual maintenance so please check the park's website for current updates.
• Tour guides aren‘t permitted to scan the guests tickets.
• Entry to the amusement park will be refused for non registered individuals and Entering without a ticket will result in you being referred to the ticket office.
• To enable facepass and fingerprint checks for your ticket, all registration requirements must be done.
• Please note that Formula Rossa at Ferrari World requires an on-site reservation to ride, you must book your time slot upon arrival.
• First-Come, First-Served: Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To book scan the QR codes that will be located throughout the park.If you need assistance, head to an information desk.
• Once you scan the QR code, you'll be able to select your preferred time slot.
• It's crucial to arrive at the ride at your pre-booked time. 
• Time slots are limited, so plan to book early in your visit.
• Each guest is limited to one time slot per day. You'll need an email address to make the booking, and one email can be used to book for up to 5 people for a single visit.
• Standard Fast Track passes are not valid for the Formula Rossa queue.
• An upgraded Formula Rossa Fast Track+ can be purchased at the park for 50 AED. This upgrade allows for one ride only.
• On unaccompanied guests who require a guardian to present a government-issued photo ID to verify their face pass and fingerprint to complete the cancellation process.

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
